St John the Baptist Play Leaders are a dedicated group of Year 6 students who organise fun and engaging activities for the whole school during playtimes. After receiving special training from Mr Jenner, sports lead at The Angmering School, they are supported and coordinated by Mrs Stoner.
Our Play Leaders volunteer their time to create a positive, enjoyable atmosphere for younger pupils, ensuring that everyone plays safely while having fun. They serve as excellent role models, encouraging inclusive play and good sportsmanship.
The scheme also offers valuable benefits to the Play Leaders themselves, helping to develop their leadership skills, boost self-esteem, and increase confidence.
